I just de-joined. They have lots of plans -- which is a good thing. And lots of information and support. I had two major gripes. First, the meal plans seemed put together by a random spin of the wheel. One day my plan had tuna for breakfast, tuna for lunch, and tuna for dinner. Often, you'd have chicken/chicken and beef/beef. You don't have to follow the meal plans, but since that's a feature, I think they could be done with more care. Also, you can choose to exclude foods, like meat, dairy, soy, egg substitutes. Great! but I got meals wiith soy in them even though I excluded it. And even though I did NOT exclude salt-free, everything was "reduced salr" or "no sodium."
Secondly, the message boards. This is just a matter of taste, but I like these boards much better!

The Ediets boards I saw were all little clubs, like chat clubs. We have those here too, but there seems to be more of an emphasis on asking questions and general support.
