I've been a low carber for a long time and I've lost almost 80 lbs. I've been reading a lot about how we need to be eating complex carbs. I would like to find others who are losing by eating high fiber low carbing. Is there anyone out there doing it this way? Thanks in advance.

so my strategy has changed. I am trying to keep calories at 1200 - 1400 w/loads of veggies and fresh fruits, but staying away from potatos, rice, pasta, stuff like that. I feel better eating low carb but was having a hard time staying OP lately.
