I dug out my Richard Simmons food mover last week and I am starting to think this may work. (again) I ordered the newest version on HSN and I look forward to the new DVD's and food guides. Anyone doing the foodmover? Want a buddy? I am married, mom to 3 boys, 35 and in NV.
I am not doing the foodmover but I am doing exchanges. Exchanges is the only way I have ever lost any weight so back to it I go. I was on weight watches when they did exchanges and I lost 30 lbs and I have never been able to lose weight like that before. If you would like to email me so we can support each other please do.
