I struggle to lose weight!

I excercise and cut carbs, nothing works

nicoll 04-06-2022 06:56 AM

I exercise three times every day. I'm already tired.

I heard that you need to exercise and eat right for several years before you see the result
But in general, this is a feature of the body, it is different for everyone

Perhaps you have a more serious problem than it seems if training does not help you, try to go to the doctor.

Have you tried waist trainer?

Losing weight can become more difficult as you age or reach menopause. Many factors can affect weight loss, including sleep, stress, and physical or mental health. The most effective eating plans are those that people can maintain and that are nutritionally adequate.

How is your weight now? For me, reducing stress in my life has really helped stabilize my eating habits, and I’ve noticed that my weight has started to go down as a result. It’s been a journey, but I was able to make these positive changes with the help of https://stateofwriting.com/uk/book-r...riting-service services. They really took some of the pressure off my studies, allowing me to focus on my health and well-being. Now, I feel much more balanced, both physically and mentally, and I'm excited to continue on this path

calories dont matter

I was doing cardio and cutting carbs like crazy, but the scale wouldn't budge. It turns out I wasn't eating enough protein or accurately tracking my portions. I also wasn't sleeping well, which totally messes with cortisol and weight loss. Incorporating strength training and being more mindful of my stress management helped me. I tried gentle yoga to start, and actually checked out https://yoga-go.pissedconsumer.com/review.html before committing to an app subscription. Honestly, weight loss is so complex, it might be worth talking to a doctor about hormones or metabolic issues if nothing's working.
