www.fitday.com ) is pretty much the same thing. I have lost 55 lbs since last August and both of these websites have FREE tools for tracking your diet unlike ediets which charges you. I did a trial run on ediets, but prefer the flexibility of planning my own meals.

Dietwatch is free, save your money
Why pay someone so you can count your calories and exercise -- you can do that well enough alone
And if you need support -- well that is what 3FC are for
