AD Induction following a Master Cleanse
 

I have recently completed a Master Cleanse Detox - a secondary result has been considerable weight loss.

In the 3 weeks since I have stopped the MC I have been on a low calorie fruit , veg and fish diet along with 18/6 intermittent fasting and I have in the main maintained my weight loss.

Now that I wish to start the Atkins Diet I would like some advise to know if I need to go through the Induction Phase given my recent dieting or if I could progress to a more advanced phase immediately.
