I have been having a smoothie for the past couple of years. Nothing else has changed in my eating habits but I am slowly putting on weight.
Put on 4kg in the last year or so.
I have the following for breakfast -
3 boiled eggs & the following smoothie
- Half big beetroot
- 1 apple
- 1 carrot
- fresh Ginger
- blackberries
- mixed frozen berries from costco
- Celery
- Spinach
- lemon
- matcha tea
- chia seeds
- flax seeds
Combined together they become a 500ml drink once I add the water. Are these too many calories in the morning? Any hidden sugars in this which could be putting on the calories?
