Default Help with a diet plan!

I am at my heaviest I have ever been.. 247! Im uncomfortable, short of breath all the time, and the added weight certainly doesnt help my fibromyalgia.
I am 36 yrs old and 5'5". Id like to get under 200 by the end of summer! My ultimate goal would be to get down to 120-130.
Obstacles I am working with is fibromialgia.. Which causes pain and fatigue and does make motication difficult.
I had a hysterectomy several years ago.
I do not live with supportive family members. My SO wants junk food, fast food and soda. I repeatedly ask him to NOT buy me food, but he does anyways.
My kids are ideal weight, and they do eat healthy.. So, they arent "unsupportive", but they are 4 and 9.. Planning meals that provides them the calories they DO need, while planning lower calorie meals for me is a little trickier.
I am a picky eater.. I do not like eggs, nuts, fish, rice oatmeal, quinoa, etc.
I will eat most veggies and most other meats tho.
I have no problem giving up pasta and bread, however potatoes and cheese are another story. Soda is probably my biggest problem.. However I did give it up for a month and managed to gain 10 pounds. I didnt replace it with other sugary drinks.. So that made no sense to me.

If you don't eat the junk food, he'll probably stop buying it for you (but I guess he'll still buy it for himself).

Luckily there are many healthy foods, so it's ok if you don't like those.

If you're looking for more protein sources, you can try beans and lentils.
If you're looking for healthy fats, you can try avocado, and various seeds.
If you're looking for other whole grains, you can try amaranth, bulgur, and freekeh (all 3 are high in protein).
There's no need to give up bread, if it's a healthy bread. Check the ingredients to make sure it's 100% whole grain. If it says something like "wheat flour" or "enriched flour" then it's not whole grain. I'd recommend Ezekiel bread if you're able to find it (but there are other good ones too).
Potatoes are healthier if you eat them with the skin (which has fiber).
Some cheeses are high in saturated fat, but eating them in small amounts is ok. Some are lower in saturated fat, like cottage cheese for example.

What did you replace the soda with? Did you drink water? Did you change anything else in your diet when you gave up the soda?
