Default How are my jeans getting looser but I'm not shedding lbs on scale?

And don't tell me it's bc I'm gaining muscle bc I haven't even started working out yet... So confused.

I can't explain it, but it is perfectly normal. Just give it time, the weight will come off. Your body just has to balance itself back.

Last week I only lost a pound but my clothes and my husband said it looked like I lost more. This week, no change to diet or exercise, I lost 5 pounds. Maybe your body is just holding on to water like I think mine did last week.
