Any other Type A's use Erin Condren Planners?
I am not sure where I have been, but a friend turned me onto Erin Condren Planners when I mentioned planning a wedding.
I ordered a wedding planner and was pleasantly surprised to see they also offered a Wellness Journal, that kept track of what you ate daily, how much water you drank and monthly spots to record goals/measurements.
Of course there are tons of apps for this kind of thing too, but I am still old school in that I like to actually write it down and see it all laid out on paper.
Anyone else using the wellness journal to track goals?
