Age-Defying Diet
Has anyone tried the Age-Defying Diet by Caroline Apovian? If so, any success?
I recently turned 31 and realized that it's taking twice the effort with half the results to lose weight than when I first started losing in my mid-twenties. I consistently lost about 10lbs a month for the first year. Now, I've been regaining and losing the same 10lbs for more than two years.
I currently use Sparkpeople to track my calories (1200-1700 a day) and exercise 5-6 times a week (burning about 500-600 calories a day). I'm seeing results, but just wonder if there is something to the idea of rebooting metabolism.
