skinnnyfat Junior Member Thread Starter Join Date: Sep 2016 Posts: 9	i want to be what they call skinny fat i want to be skinny (meaning i want to be a small dress size) but i want to have a lot of fat so that when you touch me it's soft and fluffy. how do i achive that? justconfused Junior Member Join Date: Oct 2016 Posts: 6 S/C/G: 135/125/120 Height: 5'7	By calorie restriction, eating very low protein (under 35g or so a day) and not exercising. This is absolutely hazardous for your health tho.
