Diet with little variety?
15 years ago, I lost 50 or so pounds. I did it by eating the same thing each and every day. (I hate to cook and have little imagination. Lol)
I gained that weight back about six months later following an illness.
I am thinking about doing it again. What are your thoughts about the pros and cons of a low variety diet? I like the no-brainer part of it. I like the ease of it. Yet I wonder how long it is sustainable for, realistically. I mean, sure, I will lose weight. But what happens when I reach my goal and real life interferes?
