  • Congrats! I used to drink daily. I love good whiskey, good wine and quality beer. Its probably the biggest contributor to my prior weight gain. Now its for special days. I cant drink it daily or even weekly. I wish i could be iang, but Im not and that's ok.
    It does take will power though. Kudos to you!
  • Definitely, a more healthy lifestyle from cutting out alcohol, but they say drinking a glass of wine a day is also healthy for you. Used to drink so much in my teen years.
