Default 21 Day Fix??

Anyone doing or have done this? I have seen the tv ad one million times and everytime I wonder if I should try it. It sounds so easy almost too good to be true!!
Not interested in ********** or a beach body coach just the 21 day fix it self.
Wondering if anyone on here has actual experience with it.
Thanks!

I am not on the shakes or any of that stuff, but I have been doing the work outs. I love them. At first I thought it all seemed kind of slow, since I have also tried T25, however, I am so much more sore after the 21 day fix work outs. I think I like them better than T25.

Hi,
Does anyone know the exact measurements of the containers? If so could you please post them?

I read many different amounts on the web.

Thanks,
Sheridan

I have seen this on tv so many times. I think the key to weight loss is both the cups and exercise. I too would be interested in knowing the amount of the containers.

I just ordered the cups from Beachbody for 17.95 The size of the cups you can find all over pinterest or you tube. Carb one is yellow, 1/2 a cup. Red is protein 3/4 of a cup. Green and purple 1 cup tho some say 1& 1/4. I can not do the exercises so I will just be walking swimming and 5 minutes on my elliptical.

Default Thanks

Hi

classyKaren,

I did look up the info on the Internet but different people said different things so I wanted some reliable info from somebody who actually measured the cups.

I would like to get Tupperware/ Rubbermaid equilivants so I can prepare the entire day at one time and not have to keep reusing the containers for all. 3 meals.

Good luck and post us on your progress.

I bought the workout videos, but not the containers. I did the Total Body Cardio Fix video...or...i did maybe half of it. that was two days ago. I'm sore as death. lol. My fit friends who did it with me got a good workout and were able to finish it. I'm going to give Upper Fix a shot tonight. I only have one set of 5lb weights, but I'm sure that I can make it work.

I particularly enjoy that there is a bigger girl in the video and her modifications do in fact make it considerably easier. Plus even the fit workout models look like the workout is really working them.

21 day fix appears to work because it's all about portion control and moving more. What a lot of people dig in paying for the whole system is the support from the coach and others participating.

I have a friend who's a coach, and she sent me some free samples of the **********... OMG sweet, like make you gag/hurt your teeth sweet... tooooo much stevia. I'll stick with the orgain powder I found at Costco, thanks...

I've never participated in a Fix, but I've watched other friends do it and they have decent results from it. Like anything, then being consistent about good portions and continuing to move is necessary afterwards. Like all MLM, they want to sell you the proprietary schtuff, which I haven't found to be worth the cost...
