Scan diet

    scan diet
    It's a liquid diet. There are a few different stages to it.

    I don't know a ton more. I was hoping to get some information.

    It's sold though GNC. I'm a big proponent of strategic use of meal replacements. I just couldn't stomach Scan-Diet. It is primarily soy protein, and that really is an acquired taste.
