Default Fruit and Vege calories?

So firstly I am not a huge fan of vegetables so I like to make a green juice smoothie most mornings and I since I want to start counting calories I am wondering if my smoothie counts for a lot of calories.

My smoothie consists of:
handful of spinach
half a cucumber
a green apple
celery
half squeezed lemon juice
water
and some sort of frozen fruit (pineapple or mixed berries)

This usually makes two or two and a half servings that I will drink throughout the day

Default

handful of spinach = 3 calories
half a cucumber = 25 calories
a green apple = 95
celery = 6 calories (1 stalk)
half squeezed lemon juice = 6 calories
water = 0 calories
and some sort of frozen fruit (pineapple - 100 calories per cup or mixed berries - 80 calories per cup).

Add together your ingredients and divide by number of servings and you have your calorie count. All of this with pineapple and split into two servings is 117.5 calories per smoothie.
