I need help figuring out the best way to help me lose weight. I do not have a problem with over eating, under eating maybe I never eat breakfast and sometimes skip lunch. But no matter when I eat, I eat pretty healthy and I "eat like a bird" as my friends and family like to say. I also find working out to be an issue, I have 4 compression fractures in my spine (serious back pain with only the slightest excersions). My worst habit is caffiene. I have looked into some diet pills but all of them are caffiene based which does not work for me since all my drinks are loaded with it. I know this sounds crazy but is there something out there which will help my lose weight which will not be caffiene based and with me not being able to work out?
