I had never heard of the Wizards diet, so I looked it up. What I found was a plain web page telling you it worked, but you had to pay $10 for it. You don't have a clue what type of diet it is.
Rather than spend money on something virtually unheard of, and from who knows who, it might be better to look into something that has a known success rate.
You could try doing your own thing, and just following a balanced diet which is low in fat, or follow a low carb plan. Or Weight Watchers might be a good option. With any plan you choose, add exercise to ensure success.
