Diet comparisons

  • Which diets seem to be most successful? I've been able to take bulk amount of weight off with calorie counting, but it doesn't seem to doing it any more. Any feed back is appreciated!!
  • I've always found any diet that requires low carb and high(er) protein to be the most successful (obviously combined with low calorie!)
  • In my own experience (lost 40 pounds a few years ago), when I plateaued, what helped tremendously was adding in strength training.

    My diet was already 80% clean. I didn't want to make it more rigid than I could foresee myself sticking to indefinitely. For a similar reason, I also didn't want to drop my calories even lower.
