Thumbs down The "C" is horrible

Okay guys this is one of those TMI posts. I have ALWAYS been a regular person - I mean within an hour of waking up, like a train schedule, never an issue. If ever swaying on the continuum, I usually had the D more often than not. Since I've been doing WW the last few weeks, I have been majorily constipated since Thursday. I did take a laxative Thursday afternoon and while it worked in sort of an awful terrifying way I know the danger of laxative use so I don't want to do that anymore than necessary. I jog. I drink plenty of water (min 64 oz). I have three servings of fruit a day. I'm going to try eating more vegetables at lunch and dinner and hope that helps. ANY suggestions????? This bloat feels awful, showed up back on the scale as a "gain" and I have to do a whole lot of work in the bathroom for a "whole lot of nothing".

Thanks!!

8 oz PLUMSMART (red cap) every morning will do a body good. I think it counts as 2 fruits but you will be happier for it. Good Luck NOTHING worse ever than being "blocked up" .

Yes, prune juice. A small glass, sipped slowly.

Also, eat more blueberries as part of your fruit.

Thanks guys. I am not a big fruit juice drinker since I hate drinking calories, but this isn't ideal either I will get some today!!

Update: I did get some Plumsmart. I wasn't sure whether or not to get the light version (30% juice) or the full version that is more calories and 100% - so I figured I'd go with the more potent juice and just deal with the increased sugar intake. It actually tastes really good.

Papaya or oatmeal works for me. You should really say the full/proper word though, we're not all primary English speakers here. Still don't know what D stands for.
