  • I have a lady at work wanting to start this but not sign up and I told her I have the info except the 3 day prep list. I remember it was all you can eat beef, chicken and raw green veggies with 1/2 orange am and 1/2 orange pm but I can't remember if eggs were listed and salad dressing?
  • 2 eggs with breakfast and yes you can have salad dressing but I think only like 2t or something like that. You are also suppose to have 80 oz of water and 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of Morton's lite salt. The protein is unlimited including fish but no pork and you can have skin but no breading.
