Question Calorie Cycling?

I hear a lot of people mentioning this regarding "tricking" their body? My Fitness Pal says I need to be eating 1,510 calories a day but I usually fluxuate (depending on the time of the month) somewhere around 1,300 to 1,400...sometimes I get close to 1,500. I try my absolute hardest not to go over but it's happened a few times. The highest I have gone over is 2,000 (total) calories twice since March. Not a huge deal I guess.

I work out to Jillian 5-6 days a week. Should I try to stay closer to 1,500 or should I fluxuate? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

I think that you should never let your body get comfortable, so never stick to the same thing too long... I say change it a bit every 2-3 days. See how it works!! Good luck
