Anyone tried Registered Dietitans in MN?
I am from Minnesota and am thinking about trying the advice of a registered dietitian. I have tried every fad diet under the sun and nothing seems to be sustainable. Has anyone sought out advice with a registered or licensed dietitian in Minnesota? What was your experience? Do you have any recommendations on a good dietitian to see? I live in the south east suburbs, and am thinking of trying Twin Cities Nutrition Consultants or Live Better Nutrition. Does anyone have any experience with either of these?
