day 1

  • I started full bar today. At about 11:15 I ate a full bar and was feeling really full. I ate half my sandwich for lunch, I couldn't eat anymore of it. I was almost uncomfortably full. At about 2:30, I was feeling hungry so I ate the other half of my sandwich and drank more water and I was fine.

    I ate the 2nd fullbar a little while ago and don't feel like eating all that much for dinner.

    So, I guess it is helping in that I would have eaten the whole sandwich and then gone to the vending machine for something at 2:30.

    However, the bar does just taste like the puffed rice cereal, so Im wondering if I can just eat some of that before meals and save myself a whole bunch of money.
  • I don't think too many people here use it, its calories you could be using on something else.

    If you change the types of foods you eat you may not feel so hungry all the time.
