It doesn't look like anyone is familiar with this program! I had never heard of it, so I checked around a little.
Their ad is filled with the usual red flag keywords, such as 'secret' and 'miraculous'. It seems very expensive, and I don't think you will get anything there that you can't get for free elsewhere.
From what I can tell, this program is based the idea that certain foods raise your metabolic rate up to 25% more. They hint that you should eat spicy foods, such as salsa and chili sauce. The idea that spicy foods can cause you to burn calories has been proven wrong, and is just one of the many gimmicks we've all encountered over the years.
I get the impression this program contains a series of diet tips, some of which may be helpful (eat soup before your main meal to help fill you up sooner) and many which may not be so helpful. I think the program is over-priced, and may not be sound.
You can boost your metabolism, but it's probably not going to be through eating "miracle" foods, as they seem to indicate. The best way to boost your metabolism is through exercise. Your metabolism will be elevated for several hours after you exercise. Many people exercise twice daily, for maximum benefit. This can be a simple as taking 2 half-hour walks each day. Many people eat 5 or 6 mini-meals instead of 2 or 3 large meals, to boost their metabolism.
