here is my update for today

well, ended up skipping that yoga class last night, so i'm glad i didn't count it in my totals.
here's todays exercise: 891-45 min. cardio=846 |
Just back from the gym and I did:
10 min - warmup treadmill 40 min - upper body weights 30 min - treadmill 830 - 80 = 750 |
Went on a short walk with my son, will try to do more later.

I didn't get to exercise until after work yesterday. 45 min of Walk Away the Pounds. I've ordered a new tape and hope it will come in today and I can try something new. 505 - 45 = 460 I can see that we're gonna have lots of minutes for this week! Keep up the good work girls.:cp: :cp: |

My back is finally a little better so I was able to get on the treadmill last nite. Hopefully it will improve enough so I can get back to my weights soon. Jan. 9-40 mins treadmill 900-40=860 |
710 -135=575 Still walking, lifting a few weights, my Leslie Sansone tape came today and I tried it out. It was more of a workout than I expected. I really like it. I don't have enough rhythm/coordination for most videos!

been away from the board for a couple of days, so here's what i've done so far:
846 minutes - (1/10) 45 min cardio and (1/11) 45 min cardio=756. hitting the road for work, so i probably won't post again until tuesday. i plan on doing some sort of exercise video at home today. tomorrow will probably be no exercise...in a mediation for most of the day, and then driving for about four hours. nettie, thanks for the support. it's coming off slowly, but it is coming off! |

460 - 60 = 400 SkyBlue, I have the same problem with most tapes, doing grapevine, box, grapevine, I'm just a klutz. I was suprised about the WAP tapes, I truly thought that they would be to easy and they aren't. |

I really didn't want to get out of bed and go to the gym today but I knew I had to get some minutes in if I'm going to meet my goal for this challenge. So I dragged myself up and out and now I feel great. This challenge really helps.

Semo, I'm sorry you have to keep adjusting my times. But seems like even when I get on here 1st thing Mon. am you have already posted. It must be the time difference. Jan 10- 45 mins treadmill Jan 11-45 mins treadmill No time for Sun., but worked in the garden for 3 hours. (I know that sounds silly to all you cold-county girls, but it has been 70 degrees here for the last week!) 860-90=770 |
Flying Fit, I changed your total, guess I get a little over anxious sometimes. Usually, work is a little slow in the mornings and I had time to do it first thing. This is my slow time of the year so I'm looking for stuff to do. I'll give you more time in the future I promise. There are others that haven't posted, so I'll get those totals updated when I get them.
Got my new exercise tape today so I'm going to try it when I get home. Getting a little tired of the same thing/tape. I'm always looking to change up my routine, keeps me interested. One of these days I'll run across one that will make me beautiful and slim and trim. :D |
