Wooo Hoooo I completed my exercise challenge. It was tough but it helped me through the holidays. I worked out extra hard this month because of all the extra goodies. And the work is paying off..... Balance: 200 Wed, Dec 18th 50 min Step Aerobics Class (at work) 10 min Power Abs (at work) 20 min eliptical 20 min treadmill 20 min stepmill 20 min stepper Thurs, Dec 19th 20 min eliptical (at work) 25 min treadmill 30 min weight lifting (legs) Fri, Dec 20th. 20 min stepmill 20 min treadmill 20 min stepper 20 min eliptical Sat, Dec 21 40 min eliptical 20 min stepmill Sun, Dec 22 35 min eliptical 20 min stepper 20 min treadmill Total: 430 Balance...0.... Exceeding my challenge and I feel great. I will definately keep this up it was great. |

Dec. 15: 22 min Dec. 16: 20 min Dec 18: 20 min. 435-62= 373 This last week was a total bust---couldn't go to the gym during lunch (too busy buying last min. items) and shoveling snow took the place of wt. lifting and treadmill. Enough excuses! It's onward and downward with the minutes! "Bright" |

I haven't posted since Dec. 17th, but I have gotten in a few workouts. Hope you all had a great Christmas. I am also looking forward to the January Challange. This has kept me exercising during the holidays when I would have maybe blown it off. So next month should be great. Here's my "slacker's" time for the last week or so: Dec. 20-45 mins. treadmill Dec. 23-30 mins pilates/45 mins. treadmill Dec. 26-30 mins treadmill My last post balance was 225 900-825=75 mins to go!!! I'm so excited! Now I know I will make it. I am Tab--congrats to you. Good work!! To all the rest.. keep up the great work. We all have a week left to meet our goal. Angie |

Well, I sort of fell off the wagon.... I'm telling ya it's hard to exercise will company. Didn't want to bounce around the living room and have all the jing bells ringing. So, for the last few days I only have 75 minutes to report. I'm pretty sure that I can still make it tho. I think I can....I think I can......
