Hello Everyone...Think have been so busy with all the holiday parties. I have been trying to work out more so I feel better about eating that cookie or should I say cookies....:)
Balance 445 Mon, Dec 16th 50 min kickboxing (at work) 10 min power abs (at work) 60 min Spin Class Tues, Dec 17th (work xmas lunch today.extra cardio and weights) 45 min weightligting....Chest, Back, and Shoulders 20 min Stepper 20 min Stepmill 20 min Treadmill...very proud of myself ran 15 min of that 20 min Eliptical Total: 245 New Balance: 200 Whew.....not too much to go before I hit goal. Husbands has been on night shift so I have a tendency to stay at gym longer when he is not home. Next month it might be different and all the parties will be over. So I won't have to make up for the cookies. Have a great day!!! |

I didn't realize that I did this many minutes a day. Whew...maybe I need to take a break. Hope everyone is ready for xmas...only 6 more days. |
