Hi, CC. I've been keeping portions quite small so that I can feel hunger more often. Everything tastes so much better that way. I feel so much better, too. Hope I can keep this up because I had gotten to the point where nothing tasted that good.

I discovered Nutella! It is so good! I put in on brown and serve whole wheat rolls with milk, awesome snack! Of course a friend on another board brought up the sugar thing, well it's hard to explain that with IE I can have whatever I want as long as I am hungry, I think when I will have more success with the weight loss they will be more open to the IE concept.

My DD and DS both have nutella in their kitchen and it is so good.

I plan on having it this afternoon with one "sheet" of graham cracker, a banana and a glass of milk. Yum!:D

I don't know where Nutella is located at the Walmart where I sometimes shop. After we came home from our last visit to the kids on the west coast, I was going to get some but forgot about it. I've been having a lot of good days lately. Hope it continues. Eating small portions and really enjoying the hunger so that things taste so good.

The Nutella at our local store is with the peanut butter, I assume it's the same at wal mart. It was so good on the graham cracker, it satisfies the chocolate craving and the sweet craving but better than eating a candy bar.

Sounds yum, CC. Did you see the thread about the grazer? Very interesting. I put in my 2 cents but not sure many would agree.

Walks in thread with head down....I'm not doing IE at the moment but I will get back there. I am in a good place though. I can not even recall the last time I binged so that's a good thing.

:welcome2: back, Shay. I had the strangest day yesterday. I ate at about 1:30 pm and wasn't hungry the rest of the day. I wasn't particularly hungry this morning but I drank a glass of juice.

TamTam 03-31-2011 03:18 PM

Hello Shay. Good for you, keep up for what works for you

Carol-where is the thread about the grazer?

Had a very stressful morning, but did not turn to food, turned to Jesus instead!

Hi Carol & CatholicCajun. It's great to be back. The support is always great.

carolr3639 03-31-2011 06:58 PM

It's right under General Diet Plans just like this thread.

Had another great day yesterday. Renewed my driver's license for another 8 years. I have cataracts now so was a little worried about passing the eye test but I did. I should be able to get the surgery before another 8 years are up. Had soup and salad for lunch that I was really craving. Really filled me up. Then took my DD shopping.

Just looked up the nutrition info in Culver's where we ate yesterday. Just curious. The salad was 60 calories, the dressing 40, and the soup 112. Plus 8 saltines which was maybe 80. Can't believe it. And it really filled me up. Also had unsweetened ice tea.

Good for you Carol. I am at work now and have a customer browsing, but should be ready to check out soon, so when I get a chance will check out the grazer thread. Have a blessed day.

Shay glad you are back!
