In your dieting history, about how many different diet plans have you tried?

What haven't I tried . . . I've done Weight Watchers (two or three times), Physician's Weight Loss, Nutri-bolic, Jenny Craig, the 12 day diet, the grapefruit diet, the Zone, CAD, Ornish, diabetic exchange, Slim Fast, hollywood juice diet, Deal-a-Meal, FoodMover, Healthy Exchanges, Thin & Healthy, Thin for Life . . . and I'm sure there are others that I've blocked from my mind

And now I'm back on the diabetic exchange diet. What can I say, hope springs eternal
