Hello everyone! Anyone tried God's Diet and had success? I'd enjoy hearing from you as I just started yesterday, and it seems so easy. The question is will it work.
God's Diet is a way of eating whereby you only eat those things that are God Made and nothing processed. ie. no flour products, no sugar, nothing processed. Mainly whole foods. There is a book by Dr. Dorothy McNamee. I have been intrigued by her ideas for a long time, so I'm giving it a shot. Supposedly mainy people have been successful.
What's left to eat? Can you eat bread made from stone-ground, whole-wheat flour? What about the animal products--God made the meat, but the meat was probably fed with biotech grains to make it fatter faster, same with chickens. Maybe I should just check out the book you mentioned....
I just re-read my last post. I guess, from reading it, that I'm one of those folks who doesn't consider chickens to be "real meat." Huh, never knew that about myself.
