Exclamation Starting Fat Flush Plan - Anyone want to join me?

I know this plan is not new...but everywhere I have read about it, I see rave reviews. I have done it today and so far I feel really good! I would love to have some buddies on here doing the same plan!! I am extremely motivated and determined & we can motivate each other! Any takers?

Basically you eat very healthy, lots of vegetables (non-starchy) and fruits, lean protein, lots of water with a little cranberry juice in it, take flax oil every day. It starts off with a two week phase I that is more restrictive but then you add things back in. It is from the book The Fat Flush Plan by Ann Louise Gittleman - I bought it at a used book store for $2.99. You can look it up online if you want more info to see if you want to join in the diet with me. The best part is supposed to be that you end up with your skin looking better than before the diet, much less loose skin than most diets, and you are eating very healthy foods.

I am a newb and this seems to be the kind of diet I want to do. Basically low fat with some psyllium seed husk & lot of water. What are you planing on eating long term and also more specfic, the first few days? What are the foods listed you can and cant eat?
