Basically you eat very healthy, lots of vegetables (non-starchy) and fruits, lean protein, lots of water with a little cranberry juice in it, take flax oil every day. It starts off with a two week phase I that is more restrictive but then you add things back in. It is from the book The Fat Flush Plan by Ann Louise Gittleman - I bought it at a used book store for $2.99. The best part is supposed to be that you end up with your skin looking better than before the diet, much less loose skin than most diets, and you are eating very healthy foods.
