Talking Duromine - Week 1

Wow, I last logged in here way back in 2006... Kind of depressing considering I am not bigger than I was back then! I started taking Duromine last week, and wanted somewhere to put my results out there.... I was 132kg, and in 10 days I am now 126kg. This is including Easter... Very proud of myself.!

I have never taken anything like this before, and was a little nervous about it, but it has been great for me!!! I have no problems sleeping, have no heart palpitations, no rush of energy etc... I do not obsess about food now, and eat 6 small meals a day. I have also exercised everyday.

Really excited and motivated! I decided to take the duromine more to kick start my interest and change in lifestyle, so it is going well so far. One side affect though is I have gotten terrible terrible cold sores, so I have started to take a multi-vitamin to balane this out and I should be fine.

I would love to hear other people who have just started a similair journey.

I weighed again this morning... I am hoping on the Wii Fit to track my weight each day.. I am averaging about 0.4kg daily loss... It has been 1 1/2 weeks, so wondering if it will slow down?

I still have no side affects except for cold sores.

Coming up to the weekend, so planning to do some full on exercise, a big bike ride and something else... Unsure yet.

I got the answer to my question today, there is a slow down... I put on 0.1kg... I know that is nothing especially when warighing daily, so not to fussed!

I ate well yesterday and exercised, so happy with the outcome regardless.

Walked heaps today, as I took the kids to the Museum. I have eaten well, so I need more water and need to ensure I don't over eat at tea. Hope everyone else is going well...!
