McDougall plan Mary's Mini
Has anyone done this program for 10 days? Its where you basically eat the same starch for 10 days, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with added veggies and fruits.
You add no fat to your food. You can prepare the starch in any number of ways. Say, you chose the potato for your starch, you could have hashbrowns for breakfast, along with some fuit.
Lunch could be a baked potato or mashed potatoes, along with any veggies/or fuit.
Dinner the same, maybe potato soup and salad.
If you 've done this program, how much weight did you lose? And was it difficult for you to stick to the same starch for that long of time. Of course there are so many other types of starchs one could choose from, I was using the potato as an example.
