aw, me too, i'm sorry. i know that must be hard. i'm with brook on the fact that this must be so hard to eat right. but, darn if there isn't a more motivating time to do it!!!

brook- the sweet potato chips are AMAZING!!!!!!!
take your sweet potato and slice it as thin or as thick as you want it. (mine are somewhere between 1/8 and 1/4 inch thick. and i do about 4 at a time). in a large bowl, toss these with olive oil, garlic, thyme, and s&p. line your baking sheet with foil, spray pam on it and bake at about 400 for about 45 minutes. the longer the better i have found. they carmelize and i've got to tell you how incredibly delicious they are. and if there are leftovers, they are still pretty good warmed in the microwave.
