IS anyone doing the ww higher protien option that is in week 6 booklet. I thought I would try this because my weight loss has been so slow.
iml, i have been trying to do ww points, and often wandered about the high protien plan, but i wasnt going to meetings, so i only heard of it through people on comp. i am going back to ww meetings on, jan 2, so i guess i will have to wait till week 6 for the details. good luck to you.

How slow is your weight loss? 1-2 pounds AVERAGE per week is all that we should be losing to be healthy.
Your food choices will definitely influence your weight loss...just staying within points is not enough. Take a look at the week 6 info and then post any questions you have or email me. I'll be glad to help.
