You made some very good, valid points, ChrissyB. Thanks. It's just that sometimes you get so discouraged that you just want to find an easy way out. I really would rather lose it the natural healthy way, I just have to learn to be more patient. We all do, I guess. So, I think I'll just stick with exercise, water and counting calories. After all, it took time to gain it all, now I'll just have to take my time to lose it. Thanks!
