Hi guys! Has anyone tried Stacker 2 yet? I keep seeing athletes advertising it on TV. Does it necessarily mean that there is something to it when they get these big name famous people to endorse it? I really just want to find out how it has worked for people.
If it's the same "stacking" that I'm familiar with then you'll want to think long and hard about doing it.
Stacking is taking caffeine, ephedra, and asprin and using them all at once. If it's a "herbal all natural" pill then they wont use the above on the ingredients list you'll see things like Gurana extract for the caffeine, Mou Hong for the ephedra, and white willow bark for the asprin. Ephedra can be very dangerous. What it all boils down to it Ephedra is "legal speed" . In my area the GNC was keeping it locked up for a while. When I asked why they said that they were having a hard time with people stealing it. Metabolife has ephedra in it and I think alot of thermogenic "vitamins" also have this.
You made some very good, valid points, ChrissyB. Thanks. It's just that sometimes you get so discouraged that you just want to find an easy way out. I really would rather lose it the natural healthy way, I just have to learn to be more patient. We all do, I guess. So, I think I'll just stick with exercise, water and counting calories. After all, it took time to gain it all, now I'll just have to take my time to lose it. Thanks!
