Has anyone else tried this yet? I would really like to hear someone's opinion on it...I've been thinking about signing up for it, but am somewhat skeptical since I've tried everything else under the sun and no such luck. I signed up for ediets, and found it wasn't exactly what I'd been looking for, and when I went to cancel, they said there was a 3 months minimum and they would have to charge me an early cancellation fee...I mean what the @&%? Oh, well, more well earned money down the toilet...grrrr...

Hope someone has some good advice, cause I'm at my wits end here

Hi Carrie!! Go get her book Winning by Losing! I highly recommend it! It's more than a diet, tho (although it has a plan for that, too). It's a workout plan, some advice on the head games we play on ourselves and tons of motivation. There are some threads from last year where a bunch of chicks here were actively posting their results....it's all in the The Biggest Loser - Winning by Losing forum
