Hey all! I haven't posted in a while, and I want to use this forum for selfish reasons. I'm posting my goals here so people can read them and I can post my attempts so I am held accountable. I'm tired of being out of shape, so here's my big goals:
drink 2 cups of decaf green tea a day (I can't have caffiene)
get 10,000 steps a day on my pedometer (I work with pre-k students, this will NOT be hard
Eat my half cup of Fiber One with my soy milk every day (lactose intolerant)
eat one apple a day (I crave way less sugar when I do this)
tell people "no" when I don't want to eat something crappy
