tired of this!

  • Hey all! I haven't posted in a while, and I want to use this forum for selfish reasons. I'm posting my goals here so people can read them and I can post my attempts so I am held accountable. I'm tired of being out of shape, so here's my big goals:

    drink 2 cups of decaf green tea a day (I can't have caffiene)

    get 10,000 steps a day on my pedometer (I work with pre-k students, this will NOT be hard

    Eat my half cup of Fiber One with my soy milk every day (lactose intolerant)

    eat one apple a day (I crave way less sugar when I do this)

    tell people "no" when I don't want to eat something crappy

    Each day we lay out our goals food, exercise, water intake ... whatever. Try to follow thru .... It also gives us a chance to see what's happening. If we consistantly cannot do our plan, we can assess what went wrong. If someone posts fabulous plans that work really well, we can steal their plan
