Hi everyone! I was going to lurk for a while, maybe get the feel for the place, but decided to just jump right in!
My story --- last year I joined WW and lost 20 lbs. That was my first mini goal. I wanted to lose 20 for summer and maintain and then work on losing more. Well, I've kept the 20 off for the most part except for the last couple months. I was in an accident in February (a WHOLE other story for a different thread) --- long story short --- I've started to put a bit of the weight back on. Only 7 lbs, but I knew if I didn't snap out of it and start back on plan I was going to slowly put the weight back on. So, that being said, I'm back on plan ---- with my new goal of losing another 20 lbs for this summer. I've lost 4 lbs since starting back on track........ but I realize I'm going to need help ......

Post around a bit (there's a WW forum, too!), and you're sure to meet lots of wonderful people.
You're definitely on the right track, though, in that you managed to nip your weight gain in the bud. That's exactly what it takes to reach your weight goal, so give yourself a pat on the back.
