Well I posted this in the Teen forum too, but I want everyone else to join in as well
Since summer is pretty much here what are everyones summer goals?
Mine are to:
- Continue improving my eating habits, specifically more fruits/veggies less junk/sugar
- Exercise 3x/wk for 30 minutes (that is the
bare minimum though I would really like to exercise 5-6x/wk for 30-90 minutes. Cardio and toning.
- Be down to 200lbs by the end of Summer (15lbs) and then continue losing at least 5lbs every month there after to reach goal by next summer!
