Summer Goals

Well I posted this in the Teen forum too, but I want everyone else to join in as well :) Since summer is pretty much here what are everyones summer goals?

Mine are to:
- Continue improving my eating habits, specifically more fruits/veggies less junk/sugar
- Exercise 3x/wk for 30 minutes (that is the bare minimum though I would really like to exercise 5-6x/wk for 30-90 minutes. Cardio and toning.
- Be down to 200lbs by the end of Summer (15lbs) and then continue losing at least 5lbs every month there after to reach goal by next summer!

my goal for summer is to clear all of the laundry off my treadmill and get the spiderwebs off my exercise bike. Seriously. Both are in my garage and haven't been used in a very long time. I suppose after I meet this goal my next goal should be actually using the equipment.

- Learn to cook & eat & enjoy at least 5 new veggies
- Run a mile under 12 min
