My story --- last year I joined WW and lost 20 lbs. That was my first mini goal. I wanted to lose 20 for summer and maintain and then work on losing more. Well, I've kept the 20 off for the most part except for the last couple months. I was in an accident in February (a WHOLE other story for a different thread) --- long story short --- I've started to put a bit of the weight back on. Only 7 lbs, but I knew if I didn't snap out of it and start back on plan I was going to slowly put the weight back on. So, that being said, I'm back on plan ---- with my new goal of losing another 20 lbs for this summer. I've lost 4 lbs since starting back on track........ but I realize I'm going to need help ......
so here I am!!
