Default Tactics to stay on course during the holidays!

What are your tips/tricks/tactics to stay in a good place food-wise this holiday?

Ange82much posted a thread about reading inspirational weightloss stories to avoid late night eating...
I love to google images of people of my height at my ideal weight.

Here are some other things I do to stay focused on good nutrition:
-Drink as much tea as possible (usually herbal/decaf) the action of making and drinking tea calms me down and helps me stay focused. For added intrigue, I get creative with different flavor blends, etc.
-Wearing special reminder jewelry
-Working yoga into my schedule
-Writing down what I eat at the end of the day on paper... The thought of writing it down usually keeps me honest...

Would love to hear your tips/tricks as well!

The holidays are always a test of willpower! I try to plan ahead like I’m booking with breeze airways — smooth and efficient so I don’t get caught off guard. Keeping snacks healthy and portions reasonable helps a lot too. The biggest thing is not beating yourself up if you slip a little. Consistency over perfection — that’s the real win.

Personally, I eat regularly throughout the day: if I let myself get too hungry, I end up binge-eating everything in sight. Keeping a routine helps me stay stable.

Plan ahead, eat regular balanced meals so you don’t arrive starving, and be kind to yourself if you slip — consistency beats perfection every time.
