I’ve lost 40 pounds in the past two years. I’m now at 130 and 5’4. I lift weights, do push-ups, pull ups, etc. yet my arms look almost the exact same as they did when I was 160. It’s really depressing. My boobs have shrunk to nothing and yet I still these flabby arms. I can’t tell if it’s loose skin or fat. Any ideas how to improve them?
