Unhappy Lost 40 pounds, arms have stayed the same :(

Iíve lost 40 pounds in the past two years. Iím now at 130 and 5í4. I lift weights, do push-ups, pull ups, etc. yet my arms look almost the exact same as they did when I was 160. Itís really depressing. My boobs have shrunk to nothing and yet I still these flabby arms. I canít tell if itís loose skin or fat. Any ideas how to improve them?

Congratulations on your weight loss! Andddd I feel your pain. My husband weighs 75lbs more than I do, and our arms measure the same!

I would kill someone for your arms. Are you lifting heavy weights? That may help.
