Lump on outer thigh
So my mom has recently told me she feels a lump on her outer thigh and said she has another one lower. I felt it on her leg but I didn't examine it too much. I've heard of lipomas and how they are benign fatty tumors. My mom is not really over weight so I am not sure thats what it is. I didn't touch it too much so I couldnt say if it felt fatty or not. It almost felt like a bump in muscle. My dad thinks its some sort of sprained muscle but its not causing pain and I think a strained muscle would. She has been limping for months now and it was said to be because of large uterine fibroids. She recently had those embolized and I thought she had some relief for awhile but the limping is back.
Has anyone has some sort of leg mass? Ive read most masses like that tend to be benign but obviously my first thought is its something worse.
