I ONLY a have a problem with ice cream. Very rarely do I eat it because the bloat and stomach cramps are terrible. If I eat frozen custard, it's 10 times worse. I can drink milk, eat cheese, have yogurts (even FroYo), etc without any problem at all. I'm a weirdo. Lol.

I'm not lactose intolerant, but I am allergic to dairy. Which I didn't know for years, because by exposing myself to dairy daily my allergy symptoms were low grade. It wasn't until I started seeing a Naturopathic Doctor that she put me on an anti-inflammatory diet for a month so we could determine if I was allergic to anything. When we added dairy back into my diet, I broke out in hives and got a migraine. Once I got dairy out of my diet, my acid reflux (that I'd had for 9 years and had to take Prevacid to control) completely cleared up. I haven't had to take antacids since (more than 5 years now).
