I'll give it a shot for this New Years but I already started this week if I want to get technical.
Obviously we're all here to lose weight (or have already lost
) but I think this year I will try to make more effort to stick to the gym and get myself back in the shape I want to be. Thanks to the support of 3FC members I was REALLY happy with the way I looked by summer of 2013. I never stopped going to the gym but I got too comfortable with food. Portion control got away from me one too many times and I lost a lot of abdomen tone. No biggie but it's something to work on. More so for my health than vanity. I am admittedly vain though. 
ETA: Thanks to Serval87 I will also try to spend a lot less time on facebook.
